Our students get creative through our many fine arts program opportunities:
Music and Choir: all students participate in weekly music class and are part of a choir (choir becomes an elective in middle school).
Handbells: Beginning and advanced handbell choirs are open to students in grades 4-8. Choirs perform at school chapels and Sunday worship services, as well as at special school activities like Grandparents Day.
Christmas Festival/Spring Sing: Students have the opportunity to audition for roles in musical productions, and all classes shine as they show off their singing and musical skills. Younger school children supplement the cast. Other middle school children serve on the sound, light, and set crews. Recent produtions have included Cinderella, Swamped, and Pirates of Penzance.
Band: Beginner and intermediate groups are available for students in grades 3-8. Our budding musicians are showcased during musical programs.
Art: age-appropriate art classes are part of every grade. Check out our beautiful bulletin boards to see what we’ve created!
